Is it safe to shop online?
Legal Aid of North Carolina has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of customer information.
Under federal law, a credit card issuer cannot make you liable for charges in excess of $50.00 that result from the unauthorized use of your credit card. There are similar federal laws that relate to debit cards. Contact your card issuer for further details.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, or Check mailed by USPS.
How do you ship merchandise?
All merchandise is shipped by the least expensive carrier, whether USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
All orders are processed with 5 days of receipt. Actual delivery time will vary based on shipping time.
What is your return policy?
All items in their original condition can be returned in 10 working days. Donations are generally not refundable.
How do I cancel my order?
Your purchase can be canceled up to 12 hours after placing the order. To cancel your order, call 919.856.2564 and ask for the accounting department during the work week, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST. Alternatively, you can send an email message to bernettaj@legalaidnc.org.
