"Exemption Forms Clinic - Winston-Salem" (Consumer
Law)
...This clinic is designed help consumers protect their real and
personal property once there is a judgment entered against them
for money owed. The clinic provides instructions on the completion
and filing of exemption forms, a generic form letter to send a time-stamped
copy of the forms to the AP (adverse party) on the day filed, and
an explanation of Bank Addendums.
