Legal Aid of North Carolina's Environmental Poverty Law Project (EPLP) created its "Information Availability Project" to assist individuals in obtaining information on environmental issues.

EPLP maintains a library of materials which are available for review and copying at its office in Greensboro, North Carolina. Below is a list of titles available at the library.
