Lead Poisoning continues to be the number one environmental hazard to children’s health in the United States.

The Environmental Poverty Law Project (EPLP) provides presentations on lead poisoning prevention to community groups, advocates, attorneys and legal services offices.

EPLP also may be able to provide legal representation to low-income North Carolina residents whose children have been harmed by lead poisoning. If you have a need in this regard, take a look at Legal Aid of North Carolina's eligibility guidelines to see if you are eligible.
