Wills, deeds, and powers of attorney all help you know what will happen to you and to your home if a disaster strikes. If you’re a Hurricane Florence survivor who wants to make sure that you know who will take care of you, we may be able to draft a power of attorney agreement. If you’re a survivor who wants to make sure that ownership of your home and land is clear and that your home and land will go to the person that you want to inherent, we may be able to draft a deed and a simple will.
