This CLE is being hosted by LANC and the Government & Public Sector Section of the NCBA.Stephanie D'Atri will be the guest speaker and lunch will be provided starting at 12 noon. Stephanie D'Atri is an attorney with the law firm of Hatch, Little & Bunn, LLP where she concentrates her practice on landlord-tenant cases, contract disputes, and general civil litigation. Stephanie received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Juris Doctorate from the North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2010. This training for attorneys will cover a wide range of subjects related to tenant and housing law in North Carolina. The subjects covered will include Rental Agreements, Defining Occupants, key terms in a lease, Fees and Deposits, Victim Protections, ADA Accommodations, Property Conditions, the Minimun Housing Code, Eviction, and Lease Termination. This training will count for 1.5 hours of general CLE credit, pending approval by the North Carolina State Bar.
